The building that has been leased from Ennar, spans across 25,000 square feet over 4 floors and can accommodate around 450 seats. The centre will be operational by 15<sup>th<\/sup> October 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>About WorkEZ Clubhouse Anna Salai:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Developed by Tagrose Group and leased by WorkEZ, this building is located on Clubhouse Road, in the heart of Anna Salai and offers great connectivity to the primary commercial business district of Chennai. The 35,000-square feet building can accommodate 700 seats and will be WorkEZ\u2019s second centre in the vicinity.
