The Honorable Deputy Chief Minister and Sports Minister, Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin, celebrated the achievements of 11-year-old karting sensation Rivaan Dev Preetham from Chennai, marking a milestone for motorsport in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rivaan, a two-time Indian National Karting Champion and the first Indian to win at the FIA Motorsport Games in Valencia this October, was awarded a \u20b95 lakh cheque by the Tamil Nadu Champions Foundation under SDAT.
