Appu is a heartfelt film that highlights the significance of education in the face of adversity. While it tackles heavy social issues, it does so in a manner that feels grounded and relatable. Despite minor flaws in pacing, the film stands as a testament to the resilience of those who fight for a better life. With strong performances, a moving plot, and a meaningful message, Appu is a film worth watching.
