Albert (Vijay Sethupathi), an engineer who comes to Mumbai from Dubai, sees Maria with his daughter who is mute and is unable to speak. Maria wants to spend time with Albert to take revenge on her husband when she is having trouble with him.
He puts his daughter to sleep at home and goes out with Albert. When Maria returns, she is shocked to find her husband murdered.
