Thalainagaram 2 Tamil Review

Sundar C, who has stayed away from rowdyism, gets back on the field and turns the capital into a city of murder. The story of ‘Thalainagaram 2’ moves on as to why he turned back to rowdyism, who he killed and what happened between them and Sundar C.

Sundar C, who mixed up as a rowdy right in the first part, comes across as a retired rowdy even though it is the same right in this second part. The one who is silent in the beginning suddenly takes vishwaroopam and comes back to the field as a right and kills in clusters. Like the first part, Sundar C doesn’t have any romantic songs or comedy scenes. Throughout the film, he only commits brutal killing and brutally beating. But he has made them all believable and added strength to the film.

The heroine Palak Lalwani, who plays the villain’s love interest, is then inspired by Sundar C and travels with him. Though the focal point of the story is the heroine Palak Lalwani, there are few scenes for her.

Baahubali Prabhakaran, Vishal Rajan and Jaisi Jose, who have acted as villains, are intimidating in form and acting. Everyone expresses villainy in one genre and makes Weldon say.

Thambi Ramaiah has done justice to his character with his experienced performances. Ayra, who plays thambi Ramaiah’s daughter, attracts attention with her prolific performances. Though it is a small role, Cheran Raj has acted flawlessly.

E. Krishnasamy’s cinematography has travelled according to the story. The angle of the camera is intimidating in the fight scenes and murder scenes.

The songs and background score in Ghibran’s music are not a benchmark, but it’s limited.

R Sudarshan’s editing keeps the film moving elegantly and fast. I don’t know why i missed the same pace and elegance in the second half.

Director V.Z.Durai, who has penned the story of the second part of the sequel to ‘Thalainagaram’, has cast three villains to create a conflict between them and Sundar C, thereby treating the entire film as a murder scene.

In films, they say dialogues like “I will die alive into the soil” and “I will melt the intestines”. However, director V.Z.Durai has designed the dialogues into scenes and threatened them and has given a lesson on how to kill someone brutally.

The introduction of the villains and their background, Sundar C’s entry makes the film move forward with anticipation and speed. But, the absence of any turning point in the second half and the old-fashioned scenes make the screenplay slacken.

The director, who wanted to correct the lack of comedy and romantic scenes in the first part through the villains’ character, would have survived the film had he paid some attention to the second half of the screenplay.
